RETURN POLICY

Overview
At Axiom, every product is built with precision and purpose.
Because of the nature of our gear especially custom-made items, our return policy is designed to be fair while respecting the integrity of our process.

Returns
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except if:
The item arrives damaged
The item received is different from the approved design
Every custom piece is developed with you before production.
What gets approved is what gets built.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
You must report it within 48 hours of delivery
You must provide clear photos showing the issue
Each case is reviewed carefully.
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of approval or rejection
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or incorrect.
